In 1978, he participated in the creation of GRISSIN-PAPPAS SA, a commercial company of air-conditioning systems , with an exclusive distribution of PANASONIC air-conditions in Greece.

Holds a graduate degree in Business Administration from King’s College London. Since 2005 he has been participating in all the ALPHA GRISSIN Group efforts in abroad. Since 2009, holds the position of Real-Estate Unit Manager.

Kapenekakis Marios, son of Michael

General Manager of ALPHA GRISSIN SA. Certified Electric Engineer and Computer Engineer. Member of the Technical Chamber of Greece. He has been an executive of Alpha Grissin SA since establishment and has taken up different duties; until 2004 he was the company’s Technical Director. For the last twenty years he has been participating in the design and construction of highly demanding projects in Greece and abroad, acquiring valuable experience, both in the public and in the private sector.

Bath University Postgraduate, with a M.Eng in Electrical Engineering & Power Electronics. He joined the company in 1999 at the department of sales and in 2009 he took the position of Power Supply Products Sales Director, Business Critical Continuity unit.

Dimitris Klonis, son of Christos

Graduate of the Athens University of Economics, M.sc & Ph.D in Economics, University of London. CFO, Director of Management Services and Executive Member of the Board of Directors of INTRACOM HOLDINGS Group, and INTRALOT. President of the Board of Directors of UNIBRAIN S.A. and KEKROPS SA, both of which are companies enlisted in the Greek Stock Exchange.

Papakonstantinou Dimitrios, son of Omiros

Graduate of the Law Department of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, and graduate of the Public Management Department of P.AS.PE, Mr Dimitris Papakostantinou has been, from 1983 until May 2007, an employee in the Ministry of Finance (Customs), and as Head of the Juridical Department of Customs and Prosecution of Smuggling and Tax Evasion. Moreover, he has served as a collaborator and Director of the political office of former Deputy Minister of Sports, G.Lianis.

Tsoukantas Stavros, son of Aristomenis

Graduate of the Department of Commerce in Athens University of Economics. Having served almost all the managerial positions in the Ministry of Trade for 29 years, he became in 1991 General Manager of Administrative Support, as well as General Manager of Internal Trade. He was also President of Welfare Fund for Public Employees. From 1994 to 1997, he collaborated as an economic adviser in private companies and professional organizations.
